Offshore Engineering

Shandong Harbor Construction Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rizhao Port Group, owns Grade A specialty qualification of shipping industry (Port Engineering) and the first- grade qualification of general contracting of construction of port and waterway engineering. And in addition, it has the overseas project contracting management qualification which allows to undertake the construction of various types of port and waterway engineering within the amount of 4750 million Yuan of a single contract. It has successively built more than 100 projects of various types of piers, breakwater, cofferdam and revetment, etc., of which there are 15 berths of more than 100 thousand tons and 5 berths of 300 thousand tons above. The contracting ore berth of 400 thousand tons is under construction

Housing construction

Shandong Harbor Construction Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rizhao Port Group, is one of the leading enterprises of housing construction in Rizhao City. It has the Grade A specialty qualification of construction industry (constructional engineering) and Class A design qualification of two items, the first-grade qualification of general contracting of construction engineering. The construction safety, quality and technical standards are all ranked the leading level of the same industry. It has successfully developed Tianjin, Qingdao, Zaozhuang, Linyi and other external markets, with the annual project under construction of more than 2 million square meters. Six (6) contracted projects such as Sinopec dispatching center office building, etc. are awarded the highest prize of ‘Taishan Cup’ of Shandong Province Construction Quality; the construction project of farmer resettlement housing of Zhongtang demonstration town of Binhai New Area, Tianjin City, with gross building area of 200 thousand square meters, is awarded the prize of Tianjin " Structure Haihe Cup " and the City-level Civilized Construction Site；the BT project of the engineering of Donggang District Chinese Medicine Hospital is awarded the Excellent Enterprise for Integrated Management of Whole District Building Industry；the No.2 teaching building project of Yangtake Village Bilingual Elementary School of Mengaiti County is awarded the Tianshan Prize the highest prize of high engineering quality of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the Taishan Cup prize of Shandong Province construction quality；the engineering of Mengaiti County Disease Control and Inspection Center is awarded the prize of Taishan Cup.

Shipbuilding

Gangda Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. under Rizhao Port Ship Machine Industrial Co., Ltd. has the condition and ability of manufacturing the general ship of Grade I Category III steel quality and the fishing boat of Grade 1 steel quality, with the annual production capacity of 10 ships of 30 thousand tons or below of various types, and the annual overhaul capacity of 30 ships of 200 thousand tons or below of various types.In addition, the company has B-grade qualification of designing the steel fishery ship and the self-run right to import and export. It has successively constructed and rebuilt more than 200 ships of various types and completed major overhaul and reconstruction of state scientific investigation ships such as Dayang No.1, Xiangyanghong 06, Xiangyanghong 09, etc. in the past two years. And it has developed and manufactured independently the country’s first dual-purpose ship for leveling and dredging and the country’s biggest industrial farming ship.

Steel structure engineering

The structural steelwork company under Rizhao Port Ship Machine Industrial Co., Ltd. has multiple qualifications such as Grade I specialty contracting qualification of steel structure, Grade II specialty contracting qualification of corrosion protection and thermal insulation engineering, Grade II specialty contracting qualification of architectural ornament engineering, Grade II specialty contracting qualification of construction curtain wall engineering, and pressure piping GB2（2）, GC2, etc. The company has the steel structure industrial park which is largest in scale and highest in specialization degree in the southeast area of Shandong Province. The park has the total floor area of more than 300 mu. The company gives priority to construction of industrial factory buildings, processing of steel members and wire frame items, corrosion protection and maintenance, manufacturing of door window curtain wall, pressure piping and other special- type equipment, and has accumulatively completed more than 2 million square meters of industrial factory buildings.

Port machine building

The port machinery engineering company limited under Rizhao Port Ship Machine Industrial Co., Ltd., having the license of manufacturing all types of belt conveyor, the first- grade qualification certificate of Chinese equipment maintenance enterprise, the special equipment maintenance permit and the mine product safety mark certificate, has integrated into one the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of port handling machinery and equipment, steel structure and port production auxiliary equipment. It has the main product of complete belt conveyor and its parts, steel structure, high-pole lamp, rotary drum, grab bucket, wear-resisting lining plate and provides the portal crane maintenance etc. Those products are exported to five continents in 23 countries and regions.

Sheet metal fabrication

Rizhao Port Ship Machine Industrial Co., Ltd. has a full set of German W+K, HENNECKE production line, with annual production of 2 million square meters of hard polyurethane sandwich plate and PIR sandwich plate of various specifications, environmental protection and energy conservation that have won the American FM certification and passed the Australian standard test. The complete production line and technology imported from Nippon Steel Corp of Japan has the annual production capacity of about 100 thousand tons of self-cleaning, dust-proof, rust prevention and heat resistant color coated plate to provide domestic and foreign customers with home appliance plates, building material plates and other products. Equipped with Italian Salvagnini company's full-automatic intelligent stamping, cutting and bending continuous production line and other sheet metal processing equipment, it can produce precision sheet metal parts.
